Continúa el proyecto Erasmus+ CLIL en el centro de formación ISEN, en Cartagena.

Durante la semana pasada, del 17 al 21 de octubre, se celebró en el centro de formación ISEN, de Cartagena, una nueva reunión del proyecto Erasmus+ CLIL in Education (Content Language Integration Learning), o lo que es lo mismo, cómo utilizar, en nuestro caso, la lengua inglesa para la implantación de nuevas técnicas educativas.
La gran novedad es que en esta ocasión, y por primera vez en el proyecto, tres alumnos de cada uno de los seis países que participan en el proyecto E+ (Estonia, Italia, Turquía, República Checa, Eslovaquia y, por España, ISEN de Cartagena y Salesianos Juan XXIII de Alcoy) se incorporan para hacer actividades basadas en la metodología CLIL. En esta ocasión, Sergi, Llorenç y Hugo han sido los seleccionados para representar a nuestra escuela.
Por una parte, durante la mañana del lunes, los alumnos de cada centro realizaron una exposición donde se presentaron a los demás compañeros y profesores, también explicaron el centro de donde provenían y la ciudad, entre otras. Se organizaron grupos de trabajo mezclando alumnos de varios países y realizaron varias actividades grupales, como buscar información y rellenar una ficha de los monumentos históricos más importantes de Cartagena, hacerles fotos para, más tarde, realizar una ruta propia en Google Maps. Además, cada grupo realizó algunos juegos con la información y fotos obtenidas, como sopas de leras, crucigramas, etc.
Por otra parte, también se realizaron otras actividades en inglés siguiendo la metodología CLIL como la codificación en los mensajes, primeros auxilios, supervivencia, química y las visitas al Museo histórico militar y al Teatro romano.
Durante los próximos meses, el equipo E+ continuará trabajando en este proyecto y se celebrará una nueva reunión en la ciudad italiana de Padova en noviembre, donde se preparará la participación de más alumnos para poner en práctica la metodología CLIL.

New Erasmus+ CLIL in Education meeting in Cartagena
The Erasmus+ CLIL project continues at the ISEN center in Cartagena.
A new meeting of the Erasmus+ CLIL in Education (Content Language Integration Learning) project was held at the ISEN center last week, from October 17th to 21st, in Cartagena. And, what is CLIL? How to use, in this case, the English language for the implementation of new educational techniques.
The great novelty is that on this occasion, and for the first time in the project, three students from each of the six countries participating in the E+ project (Estonia, Italy, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and, for Spain, ISEN from Cartagena and Salesianos Juan XXIII from Alcoy) are included to carry out activities based on the CLIL methodology. For this meeting, Sergi, Llorenç and Hugo were the selected ones to represent our school.
On the one hand, during the Monday morning, the students of each center made an exhibition where they introduced themselves to the other partners and teachers, they also explained the center they came from and the city, among others. Working groups were organized mixing students from all the countries and they carried out various group activities in order to search for information and filling out a file on the most important historical monuments of Cartagena, taking photos of them to do later their own route on Google Maps. In addition, each group played some games with the information and photos taken, such as word search, crosswords, puzzles, etc.
On the other hand, more activities were also carried out in English following the CLIL methodology, such as message coding, first aids, survival situations, chemistry, and visits to the Historical Military Museum and the Roman Theatre.
During the next months, the E+ team will continue working on this project and a new meeting will be held in the Italian city of Padova in November, where the participation of more students will be prepared to put the CLIL methodology into practice.
